The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction and mechanical services environment, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Duties:
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner for service and construction-related work.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and project-related matters.
  • Assist with the administration of contracts, subcontracts, and project documentation.
  • Prepare, track, and process change orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to Service Managers, Technicians, and project personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow, project support, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or accounting education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in construction, mechanical contracting, service operations, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Software is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, Full-Time
  • Typical hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Headquarters: Grand Rapids, MI (In-Person Role)
