Duties:
  • Support the onboarding process for union and non-union employees by preparing materials, coordinating orientation sessions and introducing new employees to company policies and culture.
  • Maintain front-end data entry of new hires into Sage 300 and update employee records as needed.
  • Assist recruitment efforts through posting job openings, candidate screening,  scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate interviews.
  • Partner with HR and operations to support timely and professional resolution of employee relations matters.
  • Assist with annual benefits enrollment, team member engagement activities and recognition events.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
  • Assist with special HR projects as needed.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR and Accounting/Payroll teams.
Skills & Experience:
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors. Must be in good academic standing.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, Part-Time
  • Must be able to work at minimum 20 hours per week while in school
  • Location: Walker, MI (In-Person | Corporate Office)
